COVID -19 Protocols - We are Open :)
The Henry Street Centre (as an essential service) will continue to remain open to support all of our clients during this difficult time. We have introduced some protocols below to assist with the changes and to minimise potential concerns.
New Waiting Room Procedures
Please turn up only 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Please come alone - if you are bringing your child, please refrain from bringing other family members to the centre if possible.
If you are waiting for your child, please think about going for a walk around lovely Fremantle rather than staying in waiting area for the appointment time.
Our waiting room and additional new waiting areas are designed to suit the required 4 sqm per person social distancing guidelines.
For those who are unwell, been in contact with an unwell person or self isolating and cannot attend in person, including our practitioners, there are Telehealth appointments available (Phone or Video conferencing). Admin staff and/or your practitioner will assist you in transferring and organising your appointment over a telehealth platform so you may continue to receive support. These telehealth appointments are currently bulk bill (No Gap) if you are a concession card holder, under 16 years of age or at risk of Covid -19 virus and meet the following medicare criteria
A person is considered “at risk of COVID-19 virus” if they:
(a) are required to self-isolate or self-quarantine in accordance with guidance issued by the Australian Health Protection Principal
