APPOINTMENT
1. Talk to your GP and if applicable they will complete a mental health care plan (MHCP). This referral will enable you to recieve a medicare rebate on your sessions with our psychologists for 10 - 20 sessions per year dependent on referral circumstances.
2. Call us on (08) 9335 8777 to book your appointment with one of our psychologists making sure you bring the MHCP referral to your first session
3. Medicare Easyclaim and Private Health Fund rebates are available so you are able to receive your rebate at the time of your appointment

Monday–Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 2:00 pm
Due to overwhelming demand for services only limited number of bulk billing (no fee) appointments are available. If you are experiencing financial difficulties-please speak to reception
Due to the current COVID-19 health pandemic and requirements for some clients to self isolate when they are unwell or been in contact with COVID-19, the federal government has introduced medicare rebates as per normal visits for telehealth appointments (Phone Video, Online) ie Skype, FaceTime, Zoom etc available.
What you will Need?
You will need a computer, tablet or phone (iPhone or Android) with camera and audio capacity - and an app such as FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. If you just want your session over the phone -thats OK too :)
The on-line video apps are free for you to download. If you want help to set this up on your device just give us a call on (08) 9335 8777.
It is also important that you have a private space for the duration of your 60 minute session..
To book a Telehealth appointment with a psychologist.
Talk to your GP and ask them to complete a Mental Health Care Plan and email or fax the plan to our friendly Triage staff at
